Kenneth A. Finneran, currently Global VP of Learning & Development and Chief People Officer – Americas, has been leading the strategic, human resources function within the Americas region for Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Inc. since January 2009. From January 2006 to December 2008, Mr. Finneran served as VP of Human Resources for Hellmann USA. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, Mr. Finneran was Founder, President & CEO of ICM – Intellectual Capital Management, an international consulting firm headquartered in Wroclaw, Poland, specializing in HR and organizational consulting, executive search, interim management, and complex training solutions for multinational companies in Central & Eastern Europe.
Laura is a Starbucks manager that has helped 3 Starbucks stores grow by more than 200% in sales. As Certified Labor Management Specialist and Manager / Coach she has implemented innovative strategies that have helped her partners grow professionally, but more importantly to become more socially responsible in the communities they serve. She also delivers Train the Trainer and CTT+ Preparation Learnshops as well as, designs and customizes courses and training initiatives for s/m business clients. She has supported numerous community-based organizations in Florida.

Brett Hudson is the Co-Founder of Arizona-based Defense Connect Group, a consultancy that introduces new technologies and processes to the Air Force and Department of Defense. Though an Arizona native, Hudson has been active in Miami's startup community with a particular focus on developing community through entrepreneurial activity. Formerly a grant strategist for the Knight Foundation, he introduced and built a strategy to use coworking spaces and entrepreneurship to foster community and economic development. He went on to serve as the founding Director of Business Development for The LAB Miami, an internationally-recognized creative coworking campus, where many of these ideas were put into place. He has since advised numerous coworking spaces locally and internationally. Hudson holds a Public Policy degree from Stanford University and an MPA from Baruch College.
