Daniel Kaskel is a fourth generation real estate developer and social entrepreneur. for Doral Properties Real Estate. He oversaw the re-positioning of a family holding from a 27,000 square foot office building to a 13,500 square foot strip-retail center. In May 2014, the property received an award from City of Doral for outstanding commitment to "Keep Doral Beautiful." Always keen on the community, in October 2013 Daniel facilitated the creation of Doral Farmers' Market, the first successful market in the City of Doral. Toward the end of 2014, Daniel ventured outside of the family business with the inception of a second farmers’ market in the City of Sweetwater, FL. He helped form a public-private partnership with his company Sprout Change, LLC. As a qualified SNAP (food stamp) retailer, the company's primary goal is to give low-income families and individuals better access to fruits and vegetables.

Justin is a Teach for America rising star and a graduate of Georgetown University. For the past 2 years he has taught at Miami’s Central High School where he also runs Casimiro Global Foundation’s Global Youth Chamber of Commerce. Justin has been an integral part of the Pearson Student Advisory Board with a passion for social change; he dedicated himself to the position and has been a collaborative worker within the team of 12 student representatives across North America.

Nelson Milian was born of two Cuban immigrant parents in Hialeah, Florida. He is an entrepreneur that started several technology startups, including an IT consulting business and a social media internet marketing. As one of the founding LAB Miami members, Nelson has been heavily involved in the growth of the tech startup community. Towards the end of 2013 he co-founded the Wynwood Maker Camp, a technology summer camp hosted at LAB Miami, which ended up hosting its inaugural summer camp in 2014 to resounding success. Nelson was also a candidate for Florida State Representative in Hialeah / Miami Lakes to bring fresh new ideas to government. Currently, he is starting a new venture producing technical educational material for the Miami community.
